A Fragment from the book - "Zones of a body and development of the person"
The physical and psychological portrait of a child is formed by the age of 21 years. It is affected both by the social and family conditions, in which the child grew and was brought up, and by the behavior of his/her parents. If you want your child to please you not only at the age of 2 years, but also later, it is possible and necessary to approach seriously his/her education, the harmonious formation of his/her character, physical opportunities and chakras - zones of a body. Here is one way how it is possible to develop a specific chakra of child (it is possible to develop several chakras at the same time, but for this purpose the diagnostics of the child and the family is needed).
1. The Muladhara chakra - the child’s zone of a tailbone is brought up when parents encourage assiduity and painstaking, praise for the skill to finish affairs, when the child and the parents are engaged together in repairs of the apartment or things, going to the nature, making puzzles, eating food during certain time; when parents encourage the child’s care of small fish, flowers or pets.
2. The Svadhistana chakra - the zone of a groin is being built up, when parents resolve and encourage spontaneity in behavior, activity, play joint games, competitions (+ press), quizzes, relay races, plays and jokes. When they encourage and develop in the child the sense of humor, the skill to be pleased not only with success.
3. The Manipura chakra - a zone of the press is built up, if parents encourage the skill to take the responsibility for oneself and for others (friends, pets), engaging in fighting arts (ability to defend the personal point of view), the skill to receive satisfaction from process of activity, the acceptance of the child’s help and additional charging of his/her feeling of being needed (the increase of self-confidence), the appreciation of his/her victories, desirably in public. Enter the alternate responsibility for work. Encourage the initiative. Thank and praise for action (the third stage of a compliment), instead of for result. Support his/her ideas and help to make them real.
Notice every one, even the smallest success and sincerely be pleased. Give real, simple tasks, gradually complicating them. Lift his authority among others and create him a positive image of a successful person. Enable to make independent decisions. Trust sincerely, that everything will turn out. Give or recommend the things increasing his/her self-confidence. Charge to act to him/her on behalf of a team (to protect the honor of a team, to be its representative, etc.)
4. The Anahata chakra - the child's zone of heart is brought up, if the attitude of parents to themselves and to the child is positive (absence of ruthless criticism), when the parents bring up the child with the support of positiveness, when they express the love to the child and to each other, when they are able to ask for help and help other people, when they carry out their desires and help the child to carry out his/her desires. When parents make gifts for themselves and children. When they teach the child to take him/herself as he/she is.
5. The Vishudha chakra - the zone of a throat builds up, if parents encourage creative work: moulding, drawing, application, painting, imagination, pensiveness, collecting of models and designing. Studying of foreign languages. When they ask the child for advice about ways of solutions of questions and problems. They support the search of the child's own style in clothes. Respect personality in the child, the skill to see personalities in others. Parents estimate an act instead of the personality in the child.
6. The Ajna chakra - the zone of a head develops, if the child has the sanction for knowledge with damages (breaking a car, disassembling the watch …). If parents encourage: drawing up plans, inventing fairy tales and stories, investment of characters with roles, strategic games (chess, computer, programming), the joint decision of crosswords and puzzles. If the parents bring up the ability to look at a problem from a different angle, the skill to express the ideas and conditions with words.
*while educating or training the growing up generation it is important to consider what child were you awarded by the nature, what his/her zones (chakras) are leading and to which of them it is necessary to pay attention and increase their activity. The approach, especially to children, should be thoughtful and individual.
I shall give one of the examples how it should not be done:
Mum of a newborn child has decided to start, as she said, conditioning the child to the cold to increase his immunity, or, speaking the chakra language to increase activity and working capacity of muladhara - the zone of a tailbone. The following method was chosen: (naturally according to the expert :-)) - douche of the newborn with cold water and for the child to feel less discomfort, - pressing him to the breast. It is important to understand, that in this case we cannot even think about any immunity at all. Such procedure activates absolutely other zones: when unexpectedly you are poured over with cold water - and it is perceived as stress and violence, - the zone of the press is being activated, and the child starts to cry, as a normal child's reaction to similar actions. If we are to find positive points in the given procedure they are that we accustom the child to close the heart in extreme situations and to stop trusting the world and to live in a zone of comfort. The child should start acting, but as it was already said it is the zone of Press not in its best display. Besides as mother holds the child during «procedure» on her hands, having pressed to a breast the child is unconsciously accustoming to search for protection and support of "significant" people in stressful situations and to blame others for the problems.
If you have decided to develop press (resoluteness and effectiveness) the child should be dipped into the cold water, quickly taken out and dried, being distracted by speech and movements. And for activation of immunity (muladhara) the temperature needs to be lowered slowly, by half-degree or degree during several days or before finishing bathing.

|Manipura is developed if parents encourage in the child the skill to take the responsibility for himself and for others (friends, pets), employment, fighting arts (ability to defend the point of view), the skill to receive satisfaction from process of activity, accept the help from the child and give additional charging of his feeling of the fact, that he is needed (increase of the confidence), the recognition of his victories, desirably in publicly. When parents bring in the alternate responsibility for work, encourage the initiative; thank and praise for action, instead of result; enable to make independent decisions; support his ideas and help to embody them during the life (even if you agree only partially); notice every one, even small success and sincerely are pleased; give feasible tasks, gradually complicating them; lift his authority in opinion of others and create him positive image; trust sincerely, that everything will turn out the right way; present or recommend the things raising confidence; charge to speak in the name of a team (to protect the honor of a team, to be its representative, etc.).|

|Anahata is developed with the positive attitude of parents to themselves and to the child (absence of ruthless criticism). If parents bring up the child with a support on a positive, often express the love to the child and to each other. Are able to ask about the help and assist another. Carry out the desires and help the child to carry out his desires. Make gifts for themselves and for children, teach the child to accept himself as he is.|

Address to the child for advice about ways of the decision of questions and problems. Support the search of his own style in clothes. Respect the person in the child, skill to see in others the person. Appreciate an act, instead of the person in the child.|

If parents encourage drawing up of plans, inventing of fairy tales and histories, investment of characters with roles, strategic games (a chess, a computer, programming), studying of foreign languages, the joint decision of crossword puzzles and puzzles. If parents bring up the ability to look at a problem from an outside (dispassionateness), skill to express the ideas and conditions words.|
