Through the same buttons you can read about displays and methods of development of each of six Chakras (zones): ajna, vishudha, anahata, manipura, svadhistana and muladhara in daily life: clothes, gait, speech, breath (an inhalation, an exhalation, a delay) and many other things.
I shall emphasize the applied (everyday) aspect of every chakra, or in other words - zones of the body. If you want or wish to go deeper into studying bidj* and vahana ** chakras, in the Library section there is a number of references (links) and files of books of wise people. Feel free to dive!
On this site the basic attention is given not to esoterics, but to the skill to diagnose the person by displays of a physical body which are possible to see and hear. And to the information, what to do after diagnostics to reach the goal and to develop one or another chakra: qualities, skills, abilities connected with this chakra .
I will briefly describe the displays of six chakras in daily life, together with three levels (top, bottom, average) of each of chakra, both in displays and in methods of developing. Also there will be "trifles" and nuances to the practical momentary benefit, though directly they are not connected, but still:-).
*bidja - the main sound of a chakra, for example to "you" - a groin.
** vahana - a rideable animal of a chakra , for example the white ram - for the press.
From six chakras there are three bottom ones: muladhara, svadhistana and manipura, which are "primary" ones, they produce and consume basically "own" energies. And except for the "own" pure element energy, they are not filled with energies of other zones, unlike transforming ones. Other three zones are "transforming": except for the energy produced by them, they consume energy of primary zones, plus they produce their own.
Whirlwinds of energy in chakras have two kinds of orientation: clockwise and counter-clockwise. Clockwise (the deployment of a field) is the increase of volume due to reduction of density; - usually such processes are connected with feedback of energy outside a zone. Such activity takes place and at a "normal" condition of a chakra, for example: fun - a groin, the arguments for the position - press and a head; and an example at dysfunctions: at rise in temperature - breakdown of manipura, a tachycardia – breakdown of anahata. Counter-clockwise (turning of a field) is the increase in density due to reduction of volume; such processes are connected with a fence of energy "inside". The norm is, for example: thoughtfulness - the head (ajna), preparation for a jump - press (manipura). Dysfunctions, for example: eating one’s self – the head (ajna), fear – the press (manipura), pity to one's self - the heart (anahata). Diseases: Gastritises and ulcers - the press (manipura), an insult - the head (ajna), a heart attack - the heart (anahata).
Some drawings of a chakra line
The most interesting drawing here is the right drawing of a chakra line, both in direct and figuratively sense. In it we see that energy stream of a chakra can be directed both forward and back. The majority of people have the energy stream of a chakra directed only forward - from the habit to perceive everything through eyes. And there is no truth in the eyes. For confirmation of that there are good drawings. Here are two of them.
